Centrifuges are primarily used to separate solid particles from liquids in suspensions; or to separate two immiscible liquids of different densities in emulsions (e.g., separating cream from milk); they can also be used to remove liquid from wet solids, such as in a washing machine for spin-drying wet clothes; special high-speed tubular centrifuges can also separate gas mixtures of different densities; utilizing the different settling velocities of solid particles of different densities or sizes in liquids, some sedimentation centrifuges can also classify solid particles according to density or size.
Sludge Dewatering Machines are characterized by automatic control, continuous production, stepless speed regulation, and applicability to various types of sludge. They are suitable for sludge dewatering in various industries such as water supply and drainage, papermaking, foundrying, leather, textiles, chemicals, and food processing.
Aerator: An aerator injects microbubbles directly into untreated wastewater via a diffuser impeller. Under the combined action of coagulants and flocculants, suspended solids undergo physical and chemical flocculation, forming large suspended flocs. These flocs float to the surface under the buoyancy of the bubble clusters, forming scum, which is then separated from the water by a scraper. No nozzle cleaning is required, and clogging is avoided. This equipment features good overall design, easy installation, and saves on operating costs and floor space.
Microfilter: A microfilter is a rotary drum screen filtration device. Wastewater enters the drum axially and flows radially through the screen. Impurities in the water (fine suspended solids, fibers, pulp, etc.) are trapped on the inner surface of the filter screen on the drum. When the impurities trapped on the filter screen are carried to the top by the rotating drum, they are backwashed by pressurized water into the scum discharge tank and flow out. During operation, 2/5 of the drum's diameter is exposed above the water surface, with a rotation speed of 1-4 r/min. The filter screen's filtration speed can be 30-120 m/h, the flushing water pressure is 0.5-1.5 kg/cm², and the flushing water volume is 0.5-1.0% of the production water volume. When used for reservoir water treatment, the algae removal efficiency reaches 40-70%, and the planktonic organism removal efficiency reaches 97-100%. Microfiltration machines have a small footprint, large production capacity (250-36000 m³/d), and are easy to operate and manage. They have been successfully applied to water supply and wastewater treatment.
Air Flotation Machine: An air flotation machine is a device for removing suspended solids, grease, and various colloidal substances from various industrial and municipal wastewater. This equipment is widely used in the treatment of industrial wastewater and municipal sewage from oil refining, chemical, brewing, slaughtering, electroplating, and printing and dyeing industries.
Based on the dissolved air method, it is divided into: aerated air flotation machines, dissolved air flotation machines, and electrolytic air flotation machines. The principle is to efficiently mix gases that are difficult to dissolve in water or two or more different liquids (producing microbubbles with a particle size of 20-50 micrometers). Using these microbubbles as carriers, impurity particles in the water adhere to them, and the particles are carried by the bubbles to the water surface and separate from the water, thus achieving solid-liquid separation.
