Product Introduction
Integrated bale breaking, dust and impurity removal all-in-one machine. Fully closed cabinet prevents dust escape. Wear-resistant rotary drum with rubber supporting rollers ensures stable and durable operation. Hourly capacity ranges from 10 to 80 tons, customized sizes available. Highly automatic to replace manual unpacking, reduce fiber loss, ideal for pretreatment of all kinds of waste paper bales.
Machine Structure & Configuration
1. Feeding Frame Section (Left End)
Adopted high-strength section steel welded feeding hopper with widened inlet, which allows whole waste paper bales feeding directly. Cross bracing support provides stable load bearing and can be matched with chain plate conveyor for continuous feeding. The inclined hopper ensures smooth material falling without blockage.
2. Fully Enclosed Dust Removal Cabinet (Main Blue Shell)
The cabinet is spliced by multiple modular sections for easy disassembly and maintenance. Fully sealed sound-insulated metal shell prevents dust overflow, with reserved air outlets to connect external dust collectors. Removable side panels facilitate regular cleaning of plastic ropes and sundries inside the drum.
3. Core Breaking Rotary Drum (Inner Cylinder)
Large-diameter thick steel drum equipped with wear-resistant breaking teeth to crush compacted paper bales powerfully. Dynamic balance treatment eliminates vibration and reduces operation noise. Dustproof end caps at both ends stop dust entering transmission parts.
4. Bottom Support Roller & Driving System (Bottom Part)
Multiple groups of heavy-duty rubber support rollers bear the whole drum for shock absorption and abrasion resistance. The machine is driven by geared motor and sprocket transmission with variable frequency speed regulation to adjust drum rotation speed. Integrated steel base frame enables floor-mounted installation without complex civil foundation.
5. Discharging Section (Right End)
Extended sealed shell delivers loose broken waste paper stably, with reserved interface to connect downstream equipment such as pulpers and conveyors.
