The D Type Hydrapulper is the core pulping equipment for waste paper production lines, widely used for disintegrating various waste paper, cardboard and pulp boards. Named after its unique D-shaped diversion tank structure, it is the high-capacity pulper preferred by medium and large paper mills.
Machine Structure & Configuration
1.Unique D-shaped Tank Structure
The tank is welded with thickened stainless steel plates. The D-shaped curved diversion surface optimizes slurry circulation paths, eliminates dead zones where materials accumulate, and enables sufficient fiber circulation to greatly boost the disintegration efficiency of waste paper and bales. The conical bottom facilitates heavy impurity sedimentation for subsequent sand and trash removal. The whole tank features excellent rust and corrosion resistance for long service life.
2.High-efficiency Disintegration Drive System
Adopting top vertical driving structure equipped with a large-diameter heavy-duty pulley, the unit delivers large transmission torque and stable operation. The main shaft is made of high-quality alloy steel matched with wear-resistant rotor cutter disc. It beats and shreds paper materials at high speed to fully break baled waste paper and cardboard, while preserving complete fiber length and minimizing fiber cutting loss. A variable frequency motor is optional to adjust rotation speed for different raw materials.

Whole Machine Structure
1. D-shaped Stainless Steel Tank
The tank is integrally welded with thickened 304 stainless steel plates. The D-shaped curved diversion surface on one side eliminates dead zones of slurry circulation. The conical sediment hopper at the bottom enables automatic settlement of heavy impurities including sand, iron nails and stones. The tank is anti-corrosion and wear-resistant with large slurry storage volume for continuous pulping. The tank body is spliced in sections for easy transportation, hoisting and on-site assembly.

Large-diameter heavy-duty V-belt pulley: Large transmission torque, good shock absorption and stable power output.
Vertical reduction box: Integral casting structure with high tightness and high-quality internal gear sets for low transmission loss.

3. Slurry Inlet, Outlet & Sediment Structure
Side slurry outlet: Large-caliber side discharge design for smooth slurry outflow without blockage, which can be directly connected to screening equipment.
Bottom sediment outlet: Reserved slag discharge port on the conical hopper to regularly discharge heavy impurities such as metal and sediment and protect the rotor.
Top maintenance opening: Wide access door on the top of tank for cleaning wound plastic ropes and replacing cutters conveniently.
4. Support Base & Frame
