Product Introduction
The equipment in the picture is a high-incline heavy-duty climbing chain plate conveyor, equipped with heightened blue steel guard frame and thick folded load-bearing chain plates, specially designed for high-lift and steep-angle feeding & transferring working conditions. The whole machine features strong overall rigidity and large load capacity, with maintenance ladders and safety guardrails installed on both sides. It is suitable for continuous lifting and conveying of heavy waste, ore, solid waste and large workpieces outdoors, widely applied in solid waste recycling, metallurgy, building materials, waste sorting and other heavy-load harsh sites.
Machine Structure & Configuration
- Main Frame: Integral blue frame welded by thick channel steel, with heightened side retaining edges on both sides to prevent materials from sliding down or scattering during inclined conveying. The base adopts thick steel plate for heavy load and ground fixing installation.
- Conveying Chain Plate: Dark red thick stamped folded chain plates with reinforcing ribs, impact-resistant, wear-resistant and compression-resistant, not easy to deform under heavy load, tightly spliced without material leakage gaps.
- Traction Drive System: Heavy-duty industrial roller chains and driving sprockets on both sides, matched with external motor reducer drive unit, sufficient conveying power without slipping during climbing operation.
- Safety Accessories: Integrated metal ladders and protective handrails on both sides of the machine for convenient equipment inspection and maintenance; emergency stop switches, anti-deviation limiters and material level detectors are optional.
