Product Introduction
Screen Basket is core screening filter component of pressure screen and fiber classifier in pulping section, applied for coarse screening, fine screening after pulper and white water fiber recovery classification. It accurately separates accept pulp, coarse residue, oversized fiber and plastic impurities via wedge wire slots, widely matched with multi-cylinder board production lines, coating white water recovery systems and waste paper pulping lines. Integrally welded with precision 304/316L stainless steel wedge wire, it features uniform wear-resistant slots, anti-corrosion performance and no pulp trapping dead angles. Multiple structures including inward flow, outward flow and corrugated basket are customizable according to pressure screen model and slot width.
