Product Introduction
Circular Vibro Screen is special fine grading & filtering equipment for papermaking, coating and pulping industries. It screens and removes impurities from pulp, calcium carbonate coating, starch filler, water-based plastic-free bio-coating and recycled white water fiber slurry, separating coarse residue, agglomerates and oversized fiber to eliminate paper defects such as coating pits, sheet black spots and forming wire blockage. The upper screening chamber is made of 304 stainless steel, driven by vertical vibration motor with shock-absorbing springs at bottom. Multi-layer screen mesh realizes graded filtration with fully sealed leak-free structure, suitable for 24-hour continuous slurry purification in pulping and coating preparation workshops.
