Product Introduction
Pulp Screen Plate is flat screening spare part matched with pressure coarse & fine screens in pulping line, used together with screen baskets for impurity separation of waste paper pulp, coating white water and filler slurry. It separates accept pulp, coarse fiber, plastic debris and agglomerated filler via precise round holes or slits, intercepting impurities to prevent forming wire & coating doctor blockage and eliminate sheet black spots & coating pits. Integrally machined from high-wear resistant stainless steel with uniform holes, pressure & corrosion resistance against acid-alkali pulp. Two main types: round hole plate and slit plate, customizable according to pressure screen cavity size and hole specification.
