Product Introduction
Single Side Extrusion Lamination Machine is complete thermal extrusion composite equipment. It melts PE/PP plastic pellets at high temperature via extruder, then evenly cast-coats molten plastic onto substrates including paper, non-woven fabric and aluminum foil to form waterproof, oil-proof barrier plastic composite layer. It is widely applied for milk tea cup paper, food container board, waterproof kraft wrapping paper, release base paper, medical non-woven fabric and aluminum composite paper. The integrated line covers unwinding, extrusion die head, composite pressing, extended enclosed cooling tunnel, online deviation correction and constant tension winding, featuring high automation and uniform film thickness for mass continuous composite production of packaging, food and medical substrates.
