Product Introduction
DD Double Disc Refiner is core refining equipment for pulping and paper-making lines, suitable for beating and fine refining of wood pulp, bamboo pulp, waste recycled pulp, reed pulp and other fibers. Adopting double rotating disc refining structure, two discs rotate reversely synchronously to generate high-intensity shearing and friction force, realizing controllable fiber fibrillation, brooming and cutting. It greatly improves fiber bonding force and enhances paper strength, uniformity and smoothness. Widely applied in complete waste paper pulping lines for primary and fine refining processes.
