Product Introduction
High Consistency Cleaner is core heavy-impurity purification equipment for high-consistency waste paper pulping lines, often applied in multiple parallel units as shown in the site photo. Installed at hydrapulper discharge outlet, it efficiently removes high-density heavy contaminants including iron nails, sand, glass and metal scraps under 3%–6% pulp consistency. It blocks hard foreign objects in advance to protect downstream refiners and pressure screens, drastically reducing wear of refiner plates and screen baskets, an essential front protective machine for medium & large waste pulp lines.
