Product Introduction
Drying Cylinder (papermaking steam dryer cylinder) is core drying component for all kinds of papermaking production lines, widely matched with crescent tissue machines, fourdrinier cultural paper machines, white board paper machines, coating machines and extrusion lamination machines. Saturated steam fed inside heats the cylinder body, paper web clings to mirror surface for rapid dewatering and drying to realize paper setting. Integrally cast with high-strength cast iron, inner wall with precisely machined steam circulation channel, high-precision mirror polished outer shell with uniform heat conduction, suitable for 24-hour high-speed continuous papermaking. It is divided into standard drying cylinders and large-diameter Yankee drying cylinders.
